Return and Exchange Policy – Ruhita.in

At Ruhita (“Ruhita.in”, “we”, “us”), customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure every purchase brings you joy. If you are not completely satisfied, our Return & Exchange Policy will guide you through the process.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The item is not listed as Final Sale or non-returnable.
  • The product is returned in the same condition as delivered.

Not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order items.
  • Items showing signs of wear, perfume, damage, stains, or misuse.
  • Accessories (if applicable): jewelry, masks, or intimate wear due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  1. Submit your request at support@ruhita.in or through our “Contact Us” page including:
    • Order Number
    • Reason for return
    • Images or an unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or defective items)
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
  3. Upon approval, you may:
    • Ship the product using your preferred courier, or
    • Request a pickup where available (pickup fee may apply based on location).

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned product:

  • Refunds are typically issued as Store Credit / Gift Card, redeemable on future purchases.
  • In exceptional cases, refunds to the original payment method may be approved (processing time: 7–10 business days).
  • Shipping fees, COD charges, and service charges are non-refundable.

If a return fails our quality check, the item will be returned to you without reimbursement.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted for the following:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product received

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the desired size or product is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Attach clear photos or an unboxing video for verification
  • Ruhita will arrange a replacement or provide an alternative resolution at no cost

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they are not packed or shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; please apply for a return after delivery.

Additional Information

  • Ruhita reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
  • Store credit validity: 6 months from issue date.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
